SPECIFICATIONS

Side: 80 / 100 grs micro-perforated pure calendered / monolucent kraft paper
Background: pure monolucent, calendered or virgin kraft paper of 60 / 80 or 100 grs. Smooth or micro corrugated.
Printing: In one colour. White standard flower design.
Personalization: according to customer specification.
Referential presentation: boxes of 1000, 800 and 600 units.

General technical data / standard and customized production

All molds are made of pure Kraft paper, suitable for cooking, resistant to temperatures from -40°C to +220°C.

Intended use: Baking molds for industrial and domestic use that can be used in traditional or industrial ovens, in microwave ovens and in freezers.

The side is printed with inks resistant to fatty substances and alcohol.

All materials used (paper, adhesive and ink) are approved to be in contact with food.

Possibility of customizing the product with the client’s name and/or graphic design.

Destruction of special product: In case of working with paper printed with graphics personalized by the client, it will be treated as follows:

A). The printing of raw material (kilograms of paper) as well as the preparation of the finished product are organized based on the quantities requested by the client, in order to avoid any surplus. Even so, if there is a surplus of paper printed with personalized graphics, it will be kept in stock for a period of 24 months, after which time it will be treated as a non-compliant product, confiscating it as scrap to prevent it from being used by mistake.

B). The molds that are unsuitable at the time of their conformation are destroyed and discarded by the operator of the conformer going to scrap.

Secondary packaging: does not have.

Storage conditions:
Low risk bread pan. It should be stored in a cool and dry place. Preferably do not unpack the product until the time of use.
Do not stow more than five boxes.

Shelf Life: Five years under specified storage conditions.

Consumer group: the paper mold has no limitations in terms of consumer group by itself.

Security conditions:

  • The mold is an innocuous product, starting from raw materials approved for contact with food and as a result of a production process under strict hygiene and safety regulations.
  • ISO 22000:2018 certified management system.
  • No special protection is required for handling.
  • The product must be kept in its original packaging until it is used to preserve its characteristics and functionality.
  • It does not generate risk conditions by itself.
  • Product approved for contact with “inedible” food.

In case of accidental ingestion take first aid measures for suffocation, and contact a doctor for recommendations.
Fire-fighting measures: it does not generate greater dangers than those of the material itself. Use extinguishing media are appropriate.
